Spent xmas at a resort with amazing suites with full kitchen and a washer/dryer. The large balcony offered great views of the surrounding area. The hotel's location allowed for easy access to the city center, but was far enough away to avoid the noise. The beachfront location was a plus allowing easy access to paddleboarding.
The resort's all-inclusive policy was not well-executed, requiring guests to sign for everything they consumed, including free bottled water from the fridge. Service was slow, taking up valuable vacation time, and bars had a 2 drink limit for all-inclusive guests which disappointed many.

This hidden gem is conveniently located near public transportation and boasts attentive staff and a clean poolside area. the minimalist room and bathroom had all the essentials, while the spa provided much-needed relaxation. the scrumptious breakfast and delicious fish tacos from the taco bar were a treat.
There were unexpected additional charges and slow service at times that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, facilities and staff. The pool was clean and a good size, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The hotel staff were attentive and willing to help us with any questions or needs we had. We also appreciated the easy transportation options nearby, making it simple to get to our desired location. Lastly, breakfast was delicious and worth the additional cost.
Nothing to dislike.

We stayed here for Christmas and the festive atmosphere was delightful. the decorations were impressive and they had a fun Santa Claus that gave out candy to the kids. the location was also very convenient for exploring the town as it was only a short walk to the center, where we found great restaurants and shops. Another advantage was the size of the rooms, they were really spacious and comfortable.
The service. the staff seemed uninterested in helping us and made us feel unwelcome.
